LESCO Construction Tenders EP-52 to EP-56 – Civil, Erection & Earthing Works for HT/LT Structures (Closing 2026-07-28)

Issuing Authority: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO), Construction Circle. Call for e-bids for multiple construction packages to reduce load shedding, including safe loading/unloading, carriage/transportation, assembling, excavation, erection, complete earthing, concrete foundation works, curing and backfilling of HT/LT steel structures.

Eligibility & Key Requirements:

- Contractors/firms must be approved/registered and renewed for 2026-27 with PEC holding the relevant specialized codes (e.g., EE-04, EE-05) as applicable to the works.

- Must be registered with PRA/FBR and listed as an active taxpayer. Bidders shall upload documentary evidence of registration, active taxpayer status, work orders and completion certificates, and satisfactory performance records through the e-bidding portal (ePADS V2.0).

- Bidders should demonstrate previous experience of similar works and provide supporting documents (work orders, completion certificates). Evidence of past experience with DISCOs or similar organizations is required.

Bid Submission, Earnest Money & Performance Security:

- Bidding documents, terms & conditions, specifications and submission instructions are available on ePADS V2.0. Bids must be submitted online via ePADS V2.0 as per the published e-bidding instructions.

- Earnest Money: Rs. 100,000 (in favor of Project Director, Construction Circle LESCO). Valid CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank must be uploaded/submitted as required on ePADS.

- Successful bidder will be required to furnish 10% Performance Security of the tender amount.

- Procurement Method: Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Selection technique: Least Cost Based Selection.

- Bid submission closing date and time: 2026-07-28 at 11:30 AM.

- Bid opening date and time: 2026-07-28 at 12:00 PM.
