GEPCO Tender Notice — Grid Station Works, Transmission Line & CCTV Installation (Bid Closing 2026-07-24)

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed/e-procurement bids for multiple works under Tender Ref: TENDERS/PDGSC/GEPCO/2026-27. Bidders must follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and submit bids through the e-procurement platform (E-Pads version 2.0). See contact details below for queries and document access.

Bid submission & opening: Submission deadline 2026-07-24 at 11:00 Hrs. Bid opening 2026-07-24 at 11:30 Hrs.

Eligibility & key requirements:

- Valid PEC registration renewed for 2025-26 under the specified codes for each tender package.

- Average annual turnover with FBR tax returns as per BOQ requirements for the last 2 years (verified by certified auditor).

- Current bank statement up to the date of tender opening showing minimum 15% balance of individual works.

- Proof of experience: up to 2 valid work orders of similar nature with cumulative value equal to or greater than 100% of BOQ amount plus completion certificates.

- In case of joint venture, submit joint bank account performance security, joint NTN in FBR & PRA and JV agreement on judicial stamp paper (Rs. 3,000) attested by Notary Public.

Bid security & performance guarantee:

- Original bid security valid for 120 days in the shape of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan @ 2% of BOQ cost must accompany the technical bid.

- Successful bidder must submit performance security equal to 10% of the contract price in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee after issuance of LOI.

Submission method & other conditions:

- Bids must be submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure: separate sealed "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal" envelopes.

- Tender documents are available/obtained through E-Pads version 2.0 (e-procurement). The tender notice is also available on the PPRA and GEPCO websites.

- Contractors must attach active PRA registration for PST, company profile, evidence of involvement in Grid Station & Transmission Line works over the last five years, authority letter on PKR 100 judicial stamp paper for representatives, and other documents as specified in the tender.

- Cutting/overwriting in tender documents is not allowed. Rates must be filled in figures and words and signed as required. Department reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per PPRA rules. No conditional tenders will be accepted.
