Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for the position of HR Consultant on a fixed-term contract basis at its Head Office in Islamabad. The assignment seeks an experienced HR professional to support HR strategy, organization development, compensation & benefits, talent management and HR governance.

Key responsibilities (selection):
- Support HR strategy development and execution aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead organizational restructuring, workforce optimization and HR transformation initiatives.
- Advise on compensation, benefits and reward frameworks including market benchmarking.
- Design and recommend performance management, talent management and retention strategies.
- Ensure HR governance, policy development and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage stakeholder relations including collective bargaining, CBA negotiations and union matters.
- Provide advisory support to the CEO/MD and Board on human capital planning and organizational culture initiatives.
