Employer: Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC). PMDC invites applications for the position of HR Consultant (Individual) on a fixed-term contract basis to support strategic human resource functions at the Corporation’s Head Office in Islamabad.

| Experience | Minimum ~20 years post-qualification experience in strategic HR operations in large-scale industrial units (Pakistan or abroad). At least 5–8 years’ experience in a functional head / leadership role in public sector organizations or SOEs with headcount over 500. Strong experience in labour relations, CBA and dealing with unions, compensation frameworks, talent management, succession planning and HR governance. Cross-functional experience in administration, supply chain or industrial relations is desirable. Preference for candidates with Mining/Energy sector exposure. |

Key responsibilities include (summary): supporting development and execution of the Company’s HR strategy; organizational restructuring, workforce optimization and HR transformation; support in compensation, benefits and rewards frameworks; performance management and employee relations; leadership development and succession planning; design and implementation of HR policies, SOPs and compliance with labor laws; support to management and the Board on human capital planning and change management.
