Pakistan Navy (Directorate, Pakistan Navy Welfare Housing Scheme) invites sealed technical and financial bids for construction of CAT B (180 sq yd) houses at Sector-4, PNWHS Bin Qasim, National Highway, Karachi. Eligible PEC-registered contractors/firms with relevant experience and a valid PEC license for 2025-2026 may obtain bidding documents and submit proposals as outlined below.
