Public-Private Support Facility (PSF) invites sealed proposals (Request for Proposals, Ref: PSF/TD/CS/2026-A) from qualified firms/consultants to provide Capacity Assessment (CA) and related advisory services in support of Gap Fund operations for the period 01 January 2026 to 30 June 2028.
