REDAMCO RFP for Planning, Feasibility & Transaction Advisory Services (Islamabad)

Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a Ministry of Railways state-owned enterprise, invites Request for Proposals (RFPs) from experienced and capable consultancy firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments under Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Scope: Consultancy services in respect of PLANNING, FEASIBILITY STUDY & TRANSACTION AND ADVISORY SERVICES organized in three parts:

How to apply: Proposal (Technical & Financial) must be prepared per RFP requirements and submitted and uploaded through e-Pads. RFP documents and other details are available on e-Pads, PPRA website and REDAMCO website. Important deadlines and procedures:

Notes: Late or non-conforming RFPs will be rejected. REDAMCO will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by firms in connection with the preparation or delivery of proposals. REDAMCO reserves the right to reject all RFPs as per applicable procurement rules.
