Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the construction of the "Federal Election Academy and other offices of Election Commission of Pakistan at H-11/4, Islamabad". Funds are reserved from the Deposit Work planned for FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow Public Procurement Rules, 2004 with Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
