Issuer: District Auction Committee, District Nowshera (Mineral Development Nowshera). Purpose: Auction of 22 one-year minor-mineral leases on an “as-is, where-is” basis against the reserve prices shown below. Areas within the Kabul River bed are excluded in accordance with River Bed Rules, 2022.
Eligibility & application requirements:
- Only persons/firms/companies registered with the Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as minor-mineral contractors may participate.
- Complete application form (PKR 10,000 non-refundable, includes applicable taxes) must be submitted along with proof of call deposit. Forms and documents must be submitted on any working day at least three (03) days before the auction deadline.
- Call deposit: 25% of the reserve price for each block (deposit must be submitted as specified).
- Deposit details (as published): Call deposit to be deposited under Account No. 0066-2008140092; application fee under Account No. 0066-2008293191 (Bank of Khyber branches). Follow published terms and conditions for documentation and eligibility.

- Last date for submission of application, call deposit and required documents: 2026-07-17.
- Auction proceedings: 2026-07-21 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Nowshera. If the auction cannot be held for any reason, the next date is 2026-07-22 at the same place and time.
