Public Auction of Mortgaged Properties — Banking Court No.1 Karachi (Suit No.470/2013)

The Banking Court No.1, Karachi, on behalf of decree-holder National Bank of Pakistan, announces a public auction in Suit No.470 of 2013 (Execution No.89 of 2014) of mortgaged movable and immovable property belonging to M/s Al-Rehman Comon Ginning & Oil Pressing Factory and others. The notice lists scheduled assets including plant, machinery and premises with reported values: Market Value Rs.35,015,870 (Forced Sale Rs.28,012,696) and a further lot Market Value Rs.6,500,000 (Forced Sale Rs.4,875,000).

The sale will be on an "as is, where is" basis at Banking Court No.1, Barrack No.51, Pakistan Secretariat (near Passport Office), Saddar, Karachi. The sale is subject to confirmation by the Court; the successful bidder must pay the purchase money before the Court and submit required documents.
