IDAP Tender: Medical Furniture Supply, Installation & Maintenance for Federal Government Polyclinic (G-11/3, Islamabad) – Package 16, Lot-B

Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). Purpose: Supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of local medical furniture (Package No. 16, Lot-B) on DDP basis for establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad.

How to apply and important notes:

- Interested bidders must register on the EPADS system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to be eligible to participate.

- RFP Notice / RFP Document containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for registered bidders on EPADS at punjab.procure.gov.pk and on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (Federal PPRA) website at ppra.gov.pk. The response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of the Authority (Federal PPRA).

- Technical & Financial proposals prepared in accordance with instructions in the RFP must be submitted on EPADS on or before 15 July 2026, no later than 03:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Proposals received through any mode other than EPADS shall not be considered.

- If the last date for submission is declared a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
