Key submission and eligibility requirements:
- Single-stage, one-envelope e-bidding procedure as per PPRA rules. Tender opened competitively; award subject to quality and cost approval.
- Original bid security (in form required by PPRA) must be submitted as hard copy in an envelope clearly marked with the Tender No. & title before e-bid submission deadline at the office of the Deputy Director (Admin).
- Pay Order (CDR) in favour of HQ ANF Rawalpindi. Bids with bid security less than the fixed amount will be declared non-responsive.
- No e-bid will be accepted after the submission time; tenders with conditions will be considered non-responsive. Partially quoted quantities less than 100% of each lot may lead to rejection.
- Unit prices must be quoted in PKR inclusive of all applicable taxes. Delivery period: within 7 days of issuance of purchase order (unless specified otherwise).
- Required documents from contractors/firms: registration certificate with FBR for Active GST & Active NTN; affidavit on stamp paper that the firm/contractor has not been blacklisted and there is no case of litigation against them; complete bank statement covering one year (01 Jul 2025 to 10 Jul 2026).
