Punjab Food Authority Tender for Branding of Official Vehicles

Punjab Food Authority (PFA) invites e-Bids (technical and financial proposals in a single-stage, two-envelope procedure) from prospective eligible bidders for the branding of PFA official vehicles under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Bidding Documents can be downloaded from PPRA, Procuring Agency website or the Punjab e-procurement portal. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-procurement portal (EPADs).

Key requirements and notes:

• Bid security: submit a Bid Security (Demand Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit / Bank Guarantee) as specified in the Bidding Documents (in the form and amount indicated, payable in favor of Director General, Punjab Food Authority, Lahore).
• Technical proposals/bids must be prepared per the Bidding Documents. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
• Evaluations and award will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Technical proposals/bids shall remain valid for the period stated in the Bidding Documents.
• The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per rules.
