Extension: EOI for Privatization of FESCO, GEPCO & IESCO (Acquisition of 51%–100% Share Capital)

Privatisation Commission, Government of Pakistan invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the privatization of three distribution companies: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO), Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) and Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). The transaction contemplates the acquisition of 51% to 100% of share capital together with management control in each company. The Commission has extended the submission deadlines as listed below. EOIs must be received by the stated date and time (16:00 Hours PKT).

Issuer: Privatisation Commission, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Sale/privatization of majority or full equity with transfer of management control. Interested parties should refer to the Commission's EOI package for eligibility, qualification criteria, submission requirements and other terms and conditions (all other terms remain the same and deadlines may be changed at the discretion of the Government/Privatisation Commission).
