FESCO Tender Notice: Civil Works & Maintenance (Multiple Lots) — Bid Submission 2026-07-28

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids through E-PADS (Version 2.0) from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors (PEC renewed for 2025-26) with up-to-date PRA registration for multiple civil works and maintenance packages in the Faisalabad region. All bids must be submitted and opened online on 2026-07-28 via the E-PADS portal.

Important submission details: Bids must be submitted through E-PADS Version 2.0 on 2026-07-28 up to 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened through E-PADS Version 2.0 on 2026-07-28 at 12:00 Noon. Original bid security (CDR) in favour of Executive Engineer Civil Works Division-II FESCO Faisalabad must be presented to the opening committee by 11:30 AM on 2026-07-28.

Eligibility & mandatory conditions (as stated): Contractors must hold renewed PEC certificate for 2025-26 with required specialization, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), provide Income Tax Returns for the last three years, have valid PRA registration, provide CNICs of contractor/partner/director, have completed at least two similar contracts with successful completion certificates in the last ten years, maintain average annual turnover and provide audited financial statements, and furnish bank statements/balance sheet as required. Bid security equal to 5% of BOQ is required. All safety rules per NEPRA Safety Code to be observed.
