| Experience | Relevant 20 years of post‑qualification experience in strategic HR operations in large industrial units in Pakistan or abroad. Minimum 5–8 years in a Functional Head/leadership role in Public Sector Organizations/SOEs with minimum headcount of ~2,000. Experience with CBA/labour unions, compensation frameworks, talent management, succession planning and HR governance required. |
| Preferred | Candidates from Mining/Energy sector; cross‑functional experience in Administration, Supply Chain or Industrial Relations is highly preferable |
| Age Limit | Maximum 65 years on the last date of application submission |
| Location | Head Office: Plot No.13, Sector H‑9, Islamabad |
| Key Responsibilities (summary) | Develop and execute HR strategy; lead organizational restructuring, workforce optimization and HR transformation; support management on industrial relations and collective bargaining; design compensation, benefits and talent management frameworks; advise CEO/MD and support HR governance and change initiatives. |
