Special Branch Sahiwal Region E-Tender Notice 2026-2027 — Estimated PKR 9.27M

Issuer: Special Branch, Sahiwal Region, Sahiwal (Sr. Superintendent of Police: Rameez Ahmad).

Purpose: Electronic tenders (e-bids) are invited for purchase/provision/repair of miscellaneous items, materials, services and repairs for Financial Year 2026-2027. Bidders must submit item-wise e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement (ePADS) system in accordance with PPRA rules and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022.

• E-Bid submission deadline: 2026-07-22 at 11:00 AM (online via ePADS).
• E-Bid opening: 2026-07-22 at 11:30 AM (in presence of bidders or their representatives).
• Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost for each item (amounts shown in table below); original bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order as applicable) must be submitted to the office as required under PPRA rules.
• On acceptance, successful bidder(s) will be required to deposit performance guarantee in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (typically 5% as per notice).
