Tender: Procurement of Furniture for Pakistan Education Endowment Fund (PAK-EEF-NEST)

Issuer: Pakistan Education Endowment Fund (PAK-EEF-NEST). Sealed bids are invited from reputable, registered firms for the procurement of furniture items for PAK-EEF-NEST.

Eligibility and registration: Firms must be approved/registered with the SECP, have offices in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, be registered with the Sales Tax Department and possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN). Interested bidders must register and submit bids through the e-procurement system (e-PADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk.

Procedure and documents: Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage Two-Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Separate bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions may be downloaded free of cost from https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must include the required Bid Security in the acceptable form specified in the bidding document. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded to e-PADS and the original/sealed Bid Security must be physically delivered to the office address before bid submission deadline.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-13 at 11:30 hours (Conference Room, PAK-EEF-NEST office, 1st Floor, Plot No. 39, Kirthar Road, H-9/4, Islamabad).

Submission and opening: Final bids must be submitted through e-PADS by 11:00 hours PST on 2026-07-20. Original bid security in sealed envelope must be delivered to the office on or before the bid submission date/time. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours PST on 2026-07-20 via e-PADS in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
