Tender: Integrated Development Projects under Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development

Project Director, Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development (Government of Balochistan) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for execution of integrated development works under the Chief Minister Package. Only electronic bids will be submitted; all procurements must follow the e-procurement requirements and bidders are required to be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System.

Eligibility and conditions: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency, and must meet registration requirements indicated in the bidding documents. Completion of similar nature assignments and compliance with the specified technical and financial eligibility criteria are required.

Procedure & submission: Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-procurement system. Detailed NIT and bidding documents are available electronically as per the instructions in the notice. The bid security must be submitted as specified in the bidding documents.

Deadline & opening: Last date/time for submission: 2026-07-20 until 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day (opening time shown in the bidding documents; generally at 12:00 PM).
