The Privatisation Commission has extended the deadlines for submission of Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the privatisation of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO), Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) and Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). The transaction scope is acquisition of 51% to 100% share capital together with management control in each distribution company.
