PAMRA E-Tender Notice: Grain Market (Okara) & Mandi Mart (Kana Kacha)

Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA), Lahore invites e-bids from technically and financially strong contractors, firms or suppliers registered on e-PPAs/EPADS and having a valid PEC licence for Financial Year 2025-26 for the following works. Bids must be submitted electronically as per PPRA regulations and the tender documents.

Eligibility & Requirements: Bidders must be registered on the applicable e-procurement platform (e-PPAs/EPADS), hold a valid PEC licence for FY 2025-26 in the relevant category or above, and submit bids in single-stage two-envelope format where required. Earnest money must be provided in the form of a bank guarantee as specified.

Submission & Opening: Last date and time for submission of technical & financial e-bids: 2026-07-24 at 11:00 AM. Technical e-bids will be opened on 2026-07-24 at 11:30 AM. All bids must be submitted electronically through the prescribed e-procurement portal.

Bid Validity & Other Conditions: Bid validity is 120 days. Detailed bidding documents, instructions, prequalification criteria, and other terms are available in the bidding documents. PAMRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable Punjab procurement rules and circulars.
