The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. (PPCBL) invites sealed bids from reputable authorized companies, dealers, suppliers or distributors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and having relevant experience for the supply of networking and storage equipment.

Key requirements and instructions:

- Bidders must include a client list and an affidavit stating the firm has not been blacklisted or involved in litigation.

- Tender documents: available from Head General Administration Division, PPCBL Head Office, Lahore (Bank Square, The Mall) or downloadable free from the Bank website: https://www.ppcbl.com.pk/media/advertisements

- Tender fee: Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable) payable by pay order in favor of The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. OR download free from the website.

- Earnest money: 2% of total bid cost (must accompany the bid).

- Procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope. Technical bids and financial bids submit as instructed in tender documents.

- Submission deadline: Bids can be submitted until 2016-07-16 by 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in front of bidders or their representatives. Technically shortlisted companies will be informed of the date for opening financial bids.

- Any bid not accompanied by the required earnest money will be rejected. PPCBL reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders, accept part of a tender, or increase/decrease quantities.
