Tender: Hiring of Services to Run Three Canteens at PAA Model Schools & College, JIAP Karachi

Issuer: PAA Model Schools & College, Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. PAA invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for the hiring of services to operate three (03) separate canteens at its different campuses located at JIAP, Karachi.

Scope: Operation and management of canteens at the following campuses:

Key requirements and submission details:

• Minimum experience: Contractors possessing a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant and unblemished experience (as per PPRA Rule No.36(b)).
• Registration: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments (where applicable) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List with valid tax registration certificates.
• Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) payable via Pay Order / Demand Draft as specified in the tender documents.
• Security deposit / earnest money: Equal to six months of the offered monthly amount (submit as specified in tender documents).
• Bid submission: Technical and Financial proposals must be sealed in separate envelopes and placed in the tender box at the Administrative Office, PAA Schools & College, JIAP, Karachi. Envelopes must be clearly marked "Technical Offer" and "Financial Offer" as instructed in the tender documents.
