FGEHA Invitation to e-Bids for Rehabilitation, Security & Services — Lifestyle Residency Apartments G-13/1, Islamabad

Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), Directorate of Technical, Islamabad invites e-bids through the E-PADs/PPRA platform for the project titled “Rehabilitation/Construction of Boundary Wall, Installation of CCTV Cameras, Flood Lights and E-Fencing and Refacing of Lifestyle Residency Apartments G-13/1, Islamabad”. Single-Stage One-Envelope (SSOE) bidding procedure will be followed in accordance with PPRA rules.

Eligibility & mandatory submission requirements

• Bid Security: Lump-sum CDR of Rs. 400,000/- in favor of Project Director (Lifestyle Residency Apartments G-13), FGEHA.
• Proof of completion of at least four similar works in last three years (Civil & Electrical) with a minimum contract amount of PKR 15 million each or aggregate as stated in the bidding documents. Works should include boundary wall/building or civil work, and electrical works specifically related to CCTV cameras, flood lights and e-fencing.
• Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration up to 30-06-2026 in the required category (mentions CE10, EE02 & EE11 or Category C-6 or above with relevant codes).
• Affidavit on stamp paper (min. Rs.100) stating the firm/company is not blacklisted by any government department/organization and the firm’s submission of bid is genuine.
• Only firms/companies/contractors that meet the eligibility and document requirements at Serial No. 01 (as per NIT) are eligible to apply.

Other important instructions

• Bid documents/NIT, detailed terms & conditions and BOQs are available for download from the E-PADs platform; bidders must follow the e-bidding procedure.
• Original/attested copies of required documents must be produced as instructed and at opening if requested; failure to provide may lead to rejection.
• FGEHA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in accordance with PPRA rules.
