Tender: Provision of Missing Facilities at Quetta (Executive Engineer Buildings, Saddar Quetta)

Executive Engineer (Buildings), C/W, PPH Department Saddar Quetta invites electronic bids for the provision of missing facilities at Quetta. Only electronic bids will be accepted. Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA – GOB) is mandatory before bid submission.

Key conditions and eligibility

- Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

- Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payers list and registered with Pakistan / Balochistan revenue authorities.

- Bidding firms must not be blacklisted by any government authority.

- Minimum required financial capacity: documented turnover and prior completion of similar assignment(s) (specific requirement shown in documents); registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-4 or above as applicable. Specialized code required: ME01 (HVAC).

Documents, submission & opening

- Tender documents and NIT are available electronically; bidders must obtain/register via the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (GOB).

- Only electronic bid submission will be accepted. No physical bids.

- Bids will be opened electronically on the stated opening date and time in the e-procurement system.
