Executive Engineer Provincial B&R (Road), District Panjgur invites bids for three construction works under PSDP. Electronic registration on the Electronic Public Procurement (EPP) System of BPPRA (www.bppra.gop.pk) is mandatory for all bidders. Tender fee: PKR 2,000. Bid security: 3% of estimated cost (Bank Guarantee/Deposit-at-call from scheduled bank).

Eligibility & conditions: Bidders must be registered on the EPP system, be active taxpayers, not blacklisted, and demonstrate financial capacity and past performance. Bidders must provide affidavit of no conflict of interest or blacklisting and evidence of not having failed to sign contracts. Firms should have completed/undertaken at least two similar projects (each of at least 60% of the estimated cost) within the last five years. All procurements will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014.
