Employer: The Bank of Punjab. The Bank invites applications for the position of Head Corporate & Board Affairs in its Corporate Affairs division based in Lahore.

Position	Head Corporate & Board Affairs (Corporate Affairs)
Location	Lahore
Key Responsibilities	Coordinate with the Secretary and staff for timely submission of regulatory returns; process payouts and reconciliation statements to internal departments, regulators and shareholders. Ensure compliance and timely response to regulators' and shareholders' queries. Assist the Secretary in discharging fiduciary responsibilities and keep management updated on changing legal, statutory and regulatory requirements. Support Secretary in Board/Committee agenda compilation, arrangement and conduct of meetings; record minutes and maintain minutes books of Board & Committees. Assist in organising AGM/EGM, Board matters, election of directors and corporate briefings; make arrangements for smooth conduct. Coordinate with Secretary on annual appraisal, succession & career progression, manpower planning and training of department staff.
Eligibility / Qualification	Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized or foreign university. Age: Up to 55 years as of 2026-07-31. Experience: Minimum 9 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.
