| Key Responsibilities | Coordinate timely submission of regulatory returns; process payouts and reconciliations to internal departments, regulators and shareholders; ensure compliance with regulator queries; assist the Secretary in fiduciary duties, maintaining awareness of legal, statutory and regulatory changes; support Board/Committee agenda compilation, meeting arrangements, minute-taking and maintenance of minute books; assist in organizing AGM/EOGM, director elections and corporate briefings; coordinate annual appraisal, succession & career progression, manpower planning and training of departmental staff. |

| Age Limit | Up to 55 years as of 2026-07-31 |
| Experience | Minimum 05 years of banking experience. Preference shall be given to candidates having 04 years' relevant experience (as stated). |
