E-Tender: Construction of Fire Watch Tower at Sanda Ajadoot to Sandana FC Check Post, Tirah, Khyber Tribal District

Divisional Forest Officer, Khyber Forest Division (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites e-tenders under Single Stage Single Envelope method from reputed contractors registered with relevant authorities for the following work.

Eligibility & Registration: Interested bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for Sales Tax/Income Tax and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in C-6 category or above for the year 2025-26, as applicable.

Submission & Opening: E-Bids must be submitted online through the e-procurement portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Last date for submission is 05-08-2026 up to 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM.

Bid Documents & Instructions: E-Bid Solicitation Documents (E-BSD) can be downloaded from the EPADS portal; no hard copies will be issued. Bids shall be stamped and signed by an authorized person and uploaded on EPADS. All federal and provincial duties/taxes, including KPRA Taxes, will be recoverable as per directives of the government. The firm must be registered with KPRA under Rule 37A of KP-PPRA.

Bid Security: 2% Bid Security in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank in favor of the "Divisional Forest Officer, Khyber" must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Bid Security" before the closing date and time. Any disqualification/overturning of the bid security will be recoverable under KPRA rules.
