Main responsibilities (summary): Strategic and operational leadership of hospital clinical and non-clinical services; planning, development and continuous improvement of hospital functions; promoting efficient, patient-centered and responsive administrative systems; coordination with medical director and institutional stakeholders; ensuring compliance with MTI Act/Regulations and Board directives; financial oversight and accountability including budgeting, procurement and internal controls; non-clinical administration including HR, procurement, security, engineering and maintenance; development and implementation of institutional policies, quality improvement, digital transformation and performance monitoring.
