Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, invites applications for a contractual Manager Digital & PR role. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA. Government/semi-government employees must apply through proper channel. | Minimum Qualifications | Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Mass Communication / Communications / Journalism / Public Relations / Marketing / Media Studies / Advertising / Digital Media / Information Technology / Computer Sciences / Business Administration / Management Sciences / Social Sciences / Applied Sciences or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Content Strategy, Social Media Management or related areas are an advantage. |
| Experience | Minimum 4 years post-qualification relevant experience in digital communications, public relations, media relations or a combination thereof with progressively increasing responsibility. Experience managing social media channels, digital content calendars, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), content creator communities, digital campaigns, brand/launch activations, government initiatives, and crisis communications. Experience in country marketing and international PR is an added advantage. |
