| Minimum Qualifications | At least 16 years of education with a degree in Mass Communication/Communications/Journalism/Public Relations/Marketing/Media Studies/Advertising/Digital Media/Information Technology/Computer Science/Business Administration/Management Sciences/Social Sciences/Applied Sciences or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized or international university. |
| Desirable Qualifications | Higher qualifications or professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Content Strategy, Social Media Management or related areas. |
| Experience | Minimum 4 years post-qualification relevant experience in digital communications, public relations, media relations, or related fields with progressively increasing responsibility. Experience managing social media channels, digital content calendars, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), media relations across print, broadcast and digital platforms, influencer engagement, event communications, launches and government or trade initiatives. Crisis communications, reputation management, country marketing and international PR experience are advantages. Candidates from private sector corporate communications, digital media or entertainment industries are encouraged. |
