Admission Notice — B.E. Reserved Seats for Balochistan (Colleges & Higher Education Dept.)

The Colleges & Higher Education Department, Government of Balochistan invites online applications from local/domicile candidates of Balochistan for admission against 91 reserved seats in Bachelors of Engineering (B.E.) programs at various Engineering Universities/Colleges of Balochistan for the upcoming session. Eligible candidates should apply online through the College Admission portal.

How to apply: Apply online only at www.chte.gob.pk or portal.chte.gob.pk. Submit the prescribed bank challan (treasury receipt) in any UBL branch. EasyPaisa, JazzCash or any other online fee submission is not acceptable.

Eligibility & merit rules:

- Candidates must have passed F.Sc (Pre-Engineering/ICS) or DAE annual examination 2025 or 2026 with at least 60% marks from a recognized board. Candidates appearing in F.Sc (Pre-Engineering/ICS) 2026 may apply on a hope certificate.
- Candidates with less than 60% are not eligible.
- Maximum age: 22 years.
- Hafiz-e-Quran candidates will be awarded five (05) additional marks.
- Merit will be calculated as per the Directorate's approved admission policy. Selection will follow the admission policy and authority directives. It is mandatory for successful candidates to fulfill admission criteria of the respective Universities & Pakistan Engineering Council where applicable.

Document & verification requirements:

- Only shortlisted applicants will be called to submit original documents and appear for verification/interview. Shortlisted candidates must get their Local Certificates verified by the concerned Deputy Commissioner before interview and present originals at the time of interview.
- Required documents include original CNIC, original paid challan slip (treasury receipt), downloaded copy of online admission certificate/online slip with thumb impression, recent passport-size photograph and signature. Incomplete/forged documents will lead to disqualification and legal action.

Important notes:

- Apply only via the official portals listed above. Hard-copy applications will not be accepted unless specifically requested for verification by the Directorate.
- Challan must be submitted at any UBL branch. Mobile payment methods (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, etc.) are not acceptable for challan submission.
- No TA/DA will be paid for tests or interviews.
- Keep checking the official website/portal for updates and call letters.
