Tender: Construction of Boundary Wall near Metro at PAA Colony JIAP, Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids under PPRA Rule 11(a) — Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for construction of a boundary wall near Metro at PAA Colony, Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi.

Important requirements and conditions:

• Bids must be accompanied by mandatory documents: valid Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) registration and listing on Active Taxpayer List (ATL); Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year; valid professional tax certificate; copy of CNIC of owner(s).
• Affidavits required: proof of ownership of the firm (stamp paper Rs.200) and affidavit of no blacklisting/no pending litigation (stamp paper Rs.500).
• Original bid security must be submitted in hard form on the due date and time in the form of Pay Order / Bank Draft drawn in favor of "Pakistan Airports Authority" from a scheduled bank.
• Bidding documents, detailed terms and procurement method are available on the PPRA e-procurement platform (https://eprocure.gov.pk / PPRA-EPADS).
• Bidders must submit electronic proposals on the PPRA EPADS web portal and also deliver the original hard documents as specified.
• PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
