Banking Court No.11, Hyderabad has issued a summons in a recovery suit filed by an agricultural development bank (TBL) with head office at Faisal Avenue, Islamabad and a regional office in Hyderabad, seeking recovery of Rs 11,98,198 plus markup and costs under the Recovery of Finances Ordinance, 2001 (Ordinance No. XLVI of 2001), Section 9(1).
The defendant is required to appear before the court on 2026-08-20 at 08:30 AM and to file a written statement of defence within thirty (30) days. Failure to comply may lead to a decree being passed in favour of the plaintiff.
