Tender Notice — Emergent Road & Bridge Works, C&W Division Upper Chitral (E-PAD Single Stage)

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, Executive Engineer C&W Division Upper Chitral invites e-tenders (E-PAD system, Single Stage Single Envelope) for emergent nature works on government roads and bridges in Upper Chitral for the year 2026-27. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PAD system in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Tender documents and instructions can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Upper Chitral on any working day or downloaded from the C&W website before submission date/time.

- Bids must be submitted electronically on the E-PAD system. Electronic submission should include Bid Security details (CDR/Bank name, number and dates) and the original CDR must be delivered to the Executive Engineer’s office before bid closing.

- Standard bid security rules apply: contractors quoting up to 10% below the Engineer’s estimate shall furnish bid security amounting to 2% of the Engineer’s estimate. Contractors quoting more than 10% below the Engineer’s estimate shall additionally submit an extra security (read as 8% additional security in addition to the 2% bid security) as per tender instructions.

- All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under applicable law.

- Successful bidder will sign the agreement within 7 days after issuance of the Work Order. Completion period will be as specified in the individual work order.

- Electronic bids will be displayed by the Online E-PAD System 30 minutes after closing time in presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. The venue for opening and other communications is the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Upper Chitral.
