TMA Dera Ismail Khan — Second Public E-Auction for Annual Contracts (2026–27)

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Dera Ismail Khan invites bidders to the second public e-auction of annual municipal contracts for the year 2026–27 (01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) via the E-Auction/E-Baldia system. Interested contractors must be registered with the Local Councils Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Peshawar) and submit the prescribed bank challan deposit in the name of TMO, TMA D.I. Khan; the scanned deposit must be uploaded to www.cfmis.lgkp.gov.pk and also deposited at TMA Dera Ismail Khan before the auction as per terms.

Online bidding is available between 09:00 and 16:00. The successful bidder must deposit 15% advance and 5% security into TMA Dera Ismail Khan’s account within three (3) days; TMA will complete legal formalities within seven (7) days. Failure to pay the advance will cancel the award and forfeit earnest money. Bidders must follow provincial policy, tax and levy requirements; technical issues with internet services during bidding are the bidder’s responsibility.
