Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites e-bids from contractors / joint venture firms with relevant experience and valid registration for the Development of Capital House in Sector F-5, Islamabad. Bidding will follow the Two-Stage Two-Envelope procedure under Rule 36 of the Public Procurement Rules and applicable CDA procurement regulations. Bids are to be submitted online through the CDA E-PADS/e-procurement portal.
