Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites electronic bids through E-PADS for the Major Rehabilitation of Toilet Blocks in different areas of JTC, Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. Earnest money required: Rs. 12,000,000. Submission deadline: 04 August 2026 by 11:00 AM; bids will be opened on 04 August 2026 at 11:30 AM via E-PADS.
Eligible firms must have PEC registration (minimum Category 3-C), a National Tax Number (NTN), inclusion on FBR’s Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and the relevant provincial professional tax certificate. Bids without required bid security will not be considered. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; forged or dishonoured financial instruments may result in blacklisting and legal action.
