Bank of Punjab invites applications for the post of Head, Corporate & Board Affairs in its Corporate Affairs team. The role is based in Lahore and reports to the Company Secretary. Suitable candidates with relevant banking experience and corporate governance expertise are encouraged to apply online.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with the Company Secretary and team for timely submission of regulatory returns, processing payouts, preparing reconciliations and regulatory/statutory submissions, assisting the Secretary in fulfilling fiduciary duties, monitoring changes in laws/regulations, compiling board and committee agendas, arranging meetings and minutes, supporting AGM/EGM and director elections logistics, and coordinating annual appraisal, succession planning, manpower planning and training for the department.
