Issuer: Pakistan Airports Authority (Divisional Engineer ES (Civil)-II, Jinnah International Airport, Karachi). Bids are invited under PPRA Rule No.36(a) and PPRA Rules (2004) for eligible firms/contractors. Contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration (Category C-6 or above), valid NTN certificate and proof of Active Tax Payer List (ATL) status with FBR and valid provincial tax certificates.
Submission method: Electronic submission through PPRA E-PADS web portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) by the stated closing date and time. Hard copy of bid security (pay order / bank draft or other acceptable financial instrument drawn in favour of Pakistan Airports Authority) must be submitted in original as required on the E-PADS portal. Pakistan Airports Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
