TMA Chitral Re-Invitation for Bids: Mini Tippers, Hydraulic Trolleys and Loaders

The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Chitral invites bids under KPPRA Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for the supply/fabrication of: Mini Tipper/Dumper 1.5 m3 (chassis provided by TMA), Hydraulic Tipping Trolley 5 Ton with pintle hook and sunshade, and front-end loader with backhoe and sunshade. Bidders must submit their bids through the KPPRA e-Procurement (EPADS) portal as per the bidding documents.

Bids must be uploaded on or before 6 August 2026 at 12:00 PM; technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must be submitted at the TMA office. A bid security of 2% of the bid amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of TMO, TMA Chitral must accompany the financial bid and be submitted in hard copy at bid opening. Rates should be quoted for delivery to TMA Chitral; all applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA rules.
