MES Tender: Provision of Facilities at PAF Base — Three Emergency Works (Submission by 2026-07-31)

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (Office of DW&CE (PAF), Chaklala). Sealed tenders are invited for emergency works for provision of certain facilities at a PAF Base under PPRA Rule 42-c(v) of 2004. Applications for issuance of tender documents must be submitted with complete credentials (as per Serial 9) and will be scrutinized. Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting experience and other specified conditions.

Key conditions and submission details:

• Tender documents must be obtained by firms whose applications are scrutinized and approved.
• Contractors must provide a certificate declaring they are not involved in any litigation with government departments and that there is no outstanding adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation.
• All bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
• Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply.
• Tenders must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 1130 hrs on 2026-07-31. Tenders will be opened at 1200 hrs on the same date. Contractors may attend the opening.
• The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA rules.
