MEPCO Invitation to E-Bids 2.0 — Supply of 132kV Equipment, Transformer Oil and 20/26 MVA Transformers

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites electronic bids (E-BIDS 2.0) for the supply of 132kV equipment, transformer oil and 20/26 MVA power transformers as per the Annual Procurement Plan FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered on EPADS 2.0 and submit bids electronically through the EPADS portal by the prescribed closing dates and times. All bids must be accompanied by the specified bid security in acceptable form. Tender documents, bidder eligibility, evaluation criteria and detailed terms are available on EPADS 2.0.

Important submission & eligibility notes:

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage, Two Envelope as per PPRA Rules-2004 (amended). Bids shall be submitted only via EPADS 2.0 on or before the specified closing date/time; manual bids will not be accepted.

- Registration: Interested bidders must be registered with EPADS 2.0 prior to submission.

- Bid security: Each bid must be accompanied by the stated bid security. Original bid security (Deposit at Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan) valid for 150 days after the bid opening and in favour of Chief Engineer (Development) PMU MEPCO Multan must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the EPADS closing deadline. A copy of the same must be attached with the e-bid. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

- Tender validity: Bids shall remain valid for 120 days after the opening date.

- Opening: Bids will be opened publicly in presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan at the stated opening times.
