Pakistan Meteorological Department Invites Expressions of Interest for Procurement Specialist (Individual Consultant)

Issuer: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) – Project Implementation Unit (PIU) for the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) / Modernization of Hydromet Services Project (MHSP).

Purpose: Selection of an individual Procurement Specialist to provide procurement services under Component-II (Strengthening Hydromet and Climate Services). The position will support implementation of World Bank–financed project activities in procurement of goods, works, and consulting/non-consulting services.

Application requirements: Letter of Expression of Interest, up-to-date CV demonstrating required qualifications and experience, and any other documentary evidence requested in the Terms of Reference. The consultant will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Selection of Individual Consultants procedures.

Contract terms: The consultant will be employed on contract basis under the PMD PIU and will be working on a full-time basis in Islamabad (project location).
