Gwadar Development Authority Tender: Protection Works at Upstream & Downstream of Palleri Kaur Causeway, Marine Drive, Gwadar

Issuer: Office of the Superintending Engineer (Roads), Gwadar Development Authority (Govt. of Balochistan). The Gwadar Development Authority invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for protection works on the up- and downstream sides of the Causeway across Palleri Kaur at Marine Drive, Gwadar. Procurements will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014.

Eligibility and requirements:

- Presence on the Active Taxpayer List.

- The bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.

- Relevant registrations (including Pakistan Engineering Council registration as required) and proof of past experience: bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity (minimum turn-over threshold indicated in the notice).

Bid security and submission:

- Bids must be submitted electronically; no physical bids will be accepted.

- Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must accompany the bid in the form of a Bank Guarantee / Deposit at Call in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.

Tender documents and fee:

- Tender documents and NIT are available electronically. A tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- applies. Applicable tender fee / document charges must be deposited as instructed (bank details referenced in the tender documents).

Key dates and bid opening:

- Last date for submission: 2026-07-30. Serial #1 must be submitted by 11:00 AM and Serial #2 by 12:00 PM on that date.

- Bid opening: 2026-07-30 at the office of the undersigned: Serial #1 at 12:00 PM and Serial #2 at 1:00 PM (same day).
