Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, invites applications on a contract basis for the position of Manager Digital & PR. Candidates with relevant education and post-qualification experience in digital communications, public relations, media management or related fields are encouraged to apply.

| Manager Digital & PR | Up to 45 years | Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Mass Communication / Communications / Journalism / Public Relations / Marketing / Media Studies / Advertising / Digital Media / Information Technology / Computer Sciences / Business Administration / Management Sciences / Social Sciences / Applied Sciences or related discipline from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institute. Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Content Strategy, Social Media Management or related areas are an advantage. | At least 4 years post-qualification relevant experience in digital communication, public/media relations, or a combination with progressively increasing responsibility. Demonstrated management of social media channels, digital content calendars and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or equivalents). Strong media and digital contacts across print, broadcast and online; experience handling communications for events, brand/platform launches, programs, government entities or trade delegations. Private sector, corporate communications, international/donor organization backgrounds preferred. Crisis communications, reputation management, country marketing and international PR are added advantages. | Islamabad (PSEB Headquarters) |
