Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, invites applications for the post of Manager Digital & PR on a contract basis to drive Pakistan's Information Technology and IT-enabled Services growth and position Pakistan globally.

| Qualifications | Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Mass Communication / Communication / Journalism / Public Relations / Marketing / Media Studies / Advertising / Digital Media / Information Technology / Computer Sciences / Business Administration / Management Sciences / Social Sciences / Applied Sciences or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized national or international university or institution. Higher qualifications or professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Content Strategy, Social Media Management, or related areas are an added advantage. |
| Experience | Minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience in digital communications, public relations, media relations, or a combination thereof with progressively increasing responsibility. Demonstrated experience managing social media channels, digital content calendars and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), community management, and strong contacts across Pakistan's media and digital landscape. Experience in managing communications and media activity around events, brand or platform launches, program activations, government initiatives or trade delegations. Experience in crisis communications and reputation management is a plus. Experience with country marketing and international PR is considered an added advantage. |
