Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, invites applications for the position of Manager Digital & PR on a contract basis. The role seeks qualified, experienced professionals to lead digital communications, public relations and country marketing initiatives.

| Minimum Qualifications | Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Mass Communication / Communications / Journalism / Public Relations / Marketing / Media Studies / Advertising / Digital Media / Information Technology / Computer Sciences / Business Administration / Management Sciences / Social Sciences / Applied Sciences or related discipline from an HEC-recognized national or international university. Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Content Strategy or Social Media Management are an advantage. |
| Experience | Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in digital communications, public/media relations, or a related combination with progressively increasing responsibilities. Proven experience managing social media channels, digital content calendars, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), and established contacts across Pakistan’s print, broadcast and digital media, influencer networks and content creator communities. Experience in event communications, product/platform launches, government program activations, crisis communications and reputation management is desirable. Candidates from private sector corporate communications, digital media or entertainment industries are encouraged to apply. |
