Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Layyah invites sealed bids from EPADs-eligible, experienced, income-tax and GST-registered proprietors/partnerships/firms/companies for multiple framework contracts for supply/procurement of medical supplies, equipment and services under EPAD Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Two Envelope) procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014.
Key instructions and eligibility:
- Bidding is open to EPADs-eligible suppliers who are registered with relevant tax authorities (income tax / GST).
- Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost for each package is required (in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan).
- Bidding documents, specifications and further information are available from the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Layyah.
- Interested bidders must submit complete bidding documents, detailed specifications and required information as stated in the bidding documents.
